TANGO–LIFE aims at improving the inclusion and quality of life of 60 people with intellectual disabilities, mental health disorders and other fragilities through sport/dance as a holistic approach promoting physical, emotional and social wellness enhancing the well-being in the target communities by developing and implementing 1 innovative tango-based inclusion model, which has useful implications within the target population by improving physical and mental health outcomes trough a tango-based rehabilitation model tailored to the specific needs of the target group promoting physical rehabilitation and emotional and psychological-relation well-being. Its added value at EU level - integrating good practices and new methods, opening synergies with organizations active in the field developed by the project and thus promoting the creation of networks – leads the project to address the relevance to the Work Programme and horizontal priorities, with the strong support of more than 30 stakeholders. The project will provide a model creation through the identification and mapping of resources, tools and experiences present locally, nationally and at the EU level, structuring collaboration and development of relationships, creation of a Pilot Training Course, identification of beneficiaries and preparation of personalized intervention plans. The implementation of the model and testing of the operational application will provide training and Sports dance classes\tango\ preparatory gymnastics, test of the model at national level (IT-ES-SI) with mobility of operators from partners, assessment of Pilot Training, results of application of tools and instruments and creation of final tool. Moreover, 4 Demonstration Classes of Tango with target group. Communication, Dissemination and Involvement of Stakeholders Strategy Plan, targeted communication campaign and Final Event, will be the core of the dissemination and impact activities.
