Description	In April 2012, a Hong Kong based company China Gas Group signed an agreement with the Tangyuan County Government to build and operate LNG facilities in Tangyuan County, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. Construction commenced in July 2012. The total investment was US$ 10.69 million (RMB 66.2027 million) and China Gas had a 100% stake in the project. By Oct 2013, US$ 4.08 million (RMB 25.29 million) had been expended in construction. The concession term of the project was not reported. It was planned that by 2015, the LNG facilities could serve 10,000 households.
