The project enhances vocational development as BDC consolidates the learning practices of the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) and Private Academies with the labour demand of manufacturing employers. It builds on employment partnerships with the Industrial Chambers of Zarqa, Irbid, and Amman. The aim is to achieve employment and self-employment among female and male youth.TVET-behavioural training to 2,000 Jordanians and Syrian Refugees (50% of women), structural and inclusive job creation interrelated with industrial competitiveness.Access to employment and self-employment by offering job matching, career guidance and entrepreneurship support as well as boosting social cohesion and women economic participation.80 Vocational Employment Leaders dedicated to psychosocial support and career guidance for vulnerable Syrian refugees and Jordanians.Innovation and job creation strengthening competitiveness, performance, and productivity of the sector thanks to French expertise and improving the industrial environment.
