Our objective is to acquire and to distribute in Greece non-national European films. In this way, we aim to raise the awareness of Greek audiences of the artistic and cultural diversity of European films because European films often explore themes and tell stories in ways that are different from those found in mainstream Hollywood productions. We intend to spend towards the payment of minimum guarantees for the acquisition of non-national European films, and release costs for the theatrical distribution of the films, in Greece. Our acquisitions team attend all the major international film markets through which we acquire the majority of the films that we distribute in Greece. Depending on availability, we intend to acquire a total of 10 non-national European films during the project period.
