The project is valued at Rs220 crore and structured under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model. The development will occupy 35 acres of a 94-acre site, with the condition that the land must be vacated during the Kumbh Mela for the Sadhugram setup. The project aims to generate Rs2 crore in annual revenue for NMC without any financial outlay from the corporation. |
