Tata Power Nuclear Energy Expansion

planned

Tata Power is evaluating opportunities in nuclear energy, including small modular reactors (SMRs), following the Indian government's proposal to allow greater private sector participation in nuclear power. The company aims to leverage its engineering, project execution, and operational capabilities to participate in nuclear projects once the regulatory framework is finalized. This initiative is part of Tata Power's broader strategy to expand its generation capacity and strengthen its position in both conventional and clean energy sectors.
