The provision of a senior secured loan of up to US$ 40 million equivalent in local currency to Tavan Bogd Construction Machinery LLC, structured in equal committed and uncommitted tranches. The committed tranche will finance the construction and commissioning of a new modern logistics, maintenance service centre, showroom and headquarters, while the uncommitted tranche will support incremental working capital needs linked to expanding service and sales activities. The project will strengthen the company's maintenance and rebuild capabilities and enhance its competitive position in Mongolia's heavy machinery market.
