Description | We have grid-connected our 27-acre headquarters at Manapakkam, Chennai with solar PV systems on almost all rooftops that features different modules, inverters, and balance of system component technologies. It also features a unique east-west wave configuration that generates 6% more electricity than a standard south-facing solar array. As a pilot microgrid project at the Technology Centre II in the campus, we have integrated the microgrid into the existing power infrastructure that has enhanced overall power stability, efficiency and resilience of the facility; it helps in faster control and monitoring of loads and generation sources.
