Description

Description

Opportunity NorQuest College and Covenant Care issued a request for expression of interest (RFI) to identify a P3 solution to construct a Teaching and Research Continuing Care Centre, according to the RFI.  Responses to the RFI are due 30 April and questions can be submitted until three days prior.   NorQuest College and Covenant Care are seeking proponents to submit options for the development of a partnership that will design, build, finance and maintain an integrated learning, health, and residential facility in downtown Edmonton.  The partners envision a multi-story building that can serve up to 240 residents. The building shall include hospital transition, surgical step down (hoteling) and respite beds, multi-purpose collaboration areas, observation facilities, and a technology support lab.  The space could also include areas that could be utilized by the entire NorQuest Campus community, including commercial opportunities appropriate to a campus setting.  The proposed development location is an Impark parking lot in downtown Edmonton bordering an office building that plans to be demolished.
