T4HL2 foresees 6 groups of short-term (1-2 months) Volunteering Teams coming to Italy across 2023-24, whose focus will be the promotion of healthy lifestyle for the 1st year, while the second year will focus on preservation of cultural heritage. The activities will be held in different hosting locations in Italy under the coordination of Joint. We foresee the participation of 90 volunteers, 450% of which with fewer opportunities. Every Team will engage in the following Complementary Activities: -A training cycle on the topics of healthy lifestyle and cultural heritage, carried out by local professionals -A Round Table during the last week of each Team held locally to discuss the results of each Team and on how to follow-up and upscale them -The production of 2 Handbooks on good practices, one promoting healthy lifestyles and the other focussing on preservation of cultural heritage in the field of international mobility and community building, both having a special attention on how to involve in this type of activities young people with fewer opportunities - 2 Online Conferences, one on wellbeing and healthy lifestyles after the first 3 mobilities and the other on preservation of cultural heritage at the end of the project, with the participation of stakeholders at the EU level where we’ll present the Handbooks and facilitate a debate on the addressed topics in mobility projects. Given the complexity of the project, we foresee several coordination meetings online: - 2 recruitment calls, one per year, to share with the Supporting Sending Organisations the Teams programmed - A Mid Term and a Final Evaluation. Given the impact that COVID-19 had on youngsters in Europe, therefore, this project will be the chance for young people to reclaim space for socialisation in a healthy way, while engaging in activities fostering the inclusion of vulnerable groups and a public discussion on healthy lifestyle and cultural heritage in their communities.
