Objectives -The objective of the project is to contribute to supporting active partnership between stakeholders in the implementation and monitoring of the National Roma Integration Strategy through maintaining and developing the National Roma Platform as a multi-stakeholder process of dialogue, exchange, participation and cooperation on all levels. Activities -Kick Off meeting -Topical discussions on NRIS priority areas -Regional and local working meetings on Roma integration -Elaboration and dissemination of information/communication materials -Management and coordination activities Type and number of persons benefiting from the project -40 relevant stakeholders in Kick Off meeting -210 national experts, NGOs, Roma community & other relevant in 8 topical discussions on NRIS -200 district & local experts, NGOs, Roma mediators & other relevant in 5 working meetings on Roma integration -500 persons reached by the information/communication materials Expected results -Facilitated dialogue on priority areas of NRIS implementation and monitoring -Enhanced capacity of national, district, local experts, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders to address issues related to Roma integration and on monitoring -Advanced NRP as an integral component of the coordination and monitoring activities of the NRCP -Strengthened cooperation and exchange of information between competent national/district/local authorities and relevant stakeholders in relation to Roma integration -Empowered NRCP in the process of Roma integration Type and number of deliverables to be produced -1 Opening ‘Kick Off’ meeting -6 Topical discussions on NRIS priorities -2 Panel discussions on NRIS priorities: education-employment, housing-health -3 Regional and 2 Local working meetings on Roma integration -14 agendas/reports from the events -1 project leaflet 500 copies -15 information materials on webpage -6 media publications -1 project management plan -12 agendas/minutes from project teams meetings
