Teebar Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project

Australia-based Atmos Renewables has signed an early contractor involvement (ECI) agreement with local construction group Enerven for a 400-MW/1,600-MWh energy storage project in Queensland, Australia. Enerven will act as an early-stage balance of plant (BoP) partner responsible for site studies, detailed engineering design, management plans, and permitting support. The project is expected to enter the construction phase in the third quarter of 2026. Atmos is committed to working closely with local First Nations businesses during the project’s implementation, supporting regional employment and local capability through procurement and supply chain opportunities.
