TEJO operating grant 2025

ongoing

TEJO is one of the biggest global youth organisations, run by young people for young people. Present in around 50 countries around the world, TEJO empowers young people interested in culture, education (especially non-formal education), linguistic issues, and youth issues, to have an active role in building a sustainable, inclusive, international, understanding and rights-based global society. For the year 2025, we are continuing with the work developed for the period 2023-2025. For the whole period, our activities will reach around 200.000 young people all over the world yearly, with approximately 50% of them in Europe. Through our activities, we aim to support, engage, and empower young people to meaningfully engage in their local and international communities, to build more inclusive and peaceful societies through sustainable development, and to create online and offline spaces for intercultural dialogue between young people. With the support of the Erasmus+ Civil Society Cooperation in the field of Youth framework, we will ensure the sustainability and the well-being of the organisation, and continue bringing closer to the EU a group of young people and minority youth that is usually not reached by the classic youth outreach ways or by other youth organisations, while also remaining the biggest and only youth organisation in European and global level advocating for linguistic issues and their importance in the EU and global political agenda.
