The Port is comprised oftwo berths, the new and the old. The brand new cranes and equipment provide services for dry cargo, general cargo and liquid cargo (except fuel products) handling at these berths. In addition, there are high-quality services for high-draft ships that carry wheat and sunflower seeds at the port's expense. The old berth was constructed on the total area of 5.632 m2, mostly handles cabotage cargos as well as export-import goods handlings.The Tekirdag port handles general cargo, dry and liquid bulk, containers and roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) vessels and serves industrial and agricultural production and trade in the region.
