Telfer gold-copper mine

Telfer is a gold-copper mine located approximately 485 km east-south-east from Port Hedland, Western Australia, and 45 km west of Havieron. It has been operating since 1975 and has produced over 15 million ounces of gold to date. The mine includes open pit and underground operations with a large processing facility producing gold doré and copper-gold concentrate. Mining operations are ongoing, with processing paused due to tailings storage facility issues, which are being remediated. The acquisition includes 100% ownership of Telfer mine and infrastructure, providing significant infrastructure to support Havieron development and expansion. The acquisition is expected to generate near-term cash flow from Telfer production.
