Description

Description

The Temple Quarter regeneration project in Bristol aims to transform 135 hectares around Temple Meads and St Philip’s Marsh over the next decade or two. It includes delivering at least 10,000 new homes, space for thousands of jobs, and new and improved sustainable infrastructure and public spaces. The project involves development west and east of Temple Meads train station, with Muse Places Ltd selected as the developer for the west side. Key components include the new Southern Gateway to Temple Meads, a new southern entrance to the train station, a large multi-storey car park, and multi-storey bike storage. Masterplanning consultants Prior + Partners are working on planning guidance and infrastructure delivery for St Philip’s Marsh, which could see more than 7,000 new homes and thousands of jobs. The University of Bristol’s new Enterprise Campus, including a new eastern entrance to Temple Meads, is also part of the project and is due to open in September 2026.
