Temporary Park at Sugar Wharf Waterfront

open to public (temporary)

A new temporary state-of-the-art park has opened on Toronto's waterfront at Sugar Wharf, located at 50 Queens Quay E. The park covers 10,000 square meters and includes grass, meadows, trees, pathways, seating, two pickleball courts, and an off-leash dog area. It is a flexible space open for community use while a long-term vision for a permanent park is developed. The permanent park design will be subject to a design competition, with construction expected to begin in spring 2029 and anticipated completion in 2030.
