The project includes partial demolition of the G-10 parking garage and construction of a new garage, along with entertainment spaces and a hotel-condo complex. The entertainment space will feature 60,000 square feet of exterior space and 50,000 square feet of interior space for restaurants and an outdoor concert area. The hotel-condo will have 180 hotel rooms, 30 condos, 50 luxury condos, and a rooftop bar overlooking Neyland Stadium. |
