Description | TeraWulf has been signing large, multi-year HPC colocation agreements designed for AI workloads at its Lake Mariner campus in New York. The project includes two 10-year HPC colocation agreements with Fluidstack, delivering over 200 MW of critical IT load, with contracted revenue of approximately $3.7 billion over the initial term. Google backs $1.8 billion of Fluidstack lease obligations and holds warrants for about 41 million shares (~8% pro forma stake). An expansion (CB-5) adding 160 MW more critical IT load was announced, increasing Google's backstop to $3.2 billion and pro forma stake to ~14%. |
