The project preserved landmark features such as mass timber, grand arched brick entrances, and a 670-foot-long tunnel with rail tracks, while adding a six-story glass-and-metal overbuild with panoramic river views and terraces. The redevelopment includes twelve modern office floors around a central courtyard, retail shops, restaurants, and flexible event spaces. |
