The campus is expected to reach 1 gigawatt by October 2027 and up to 2 gigawatts by Q2 2028, depending on ERCOT approvals. It will be developed through a partnership with Starwood Digital Ventures, which handles design, development, construction, and tenant sourcing while MARA provides powered sites and energy infrastructure. |
