Texas Critical Data Centers LLC, a 50/50 joint venture between New Era Helium, Inc. and Sharon AI, Inc., has acquired 235 acres in Ector County, Texas near Odessa to develop a large AI and high-performance computing campus designed to scale beyond 1 GW. The facility will integrate advanced energy, cooling, and potential carbon capture technologies to reduce environmental impact and deliver high efficiency. An exclusive letter of intent has been signed to acquire an additional 203 contiguous acres, expanding the site to 438 acres. The project will apply to form an Industrial District with the City of Odessa to facilitate municipal services access while maintaining favorable zoning regulations for development speed and flexibility.
