It is a joint venture between New Era Energy & Digital, Inc. and Sharon AI, Inc. The project aims to exceed 1 gigawatt (GW) capacity and includes soil sampling, site clearing, and earthwork. The company is working with the City of Odessa to secure municipal water and wastewater services and is negotiating a long-term lease with a hyperscaler. The project is expected to reach a Final Investment Decision by the end of Q1 2026, with Phase I energization scheduled from Q1 through Q4 2027. |
