The project aims to build a power-intensive industrial campus exceeding 1 gigawatt capacity, initially starting with 250MW and scaling beyond 1GW. It includes a behind-the-meter power solution with agreements for on-site gas-fired power to meet AI's growing energy demands. Construction is scheduled to start in 2026 with full commissioning planned within 18 months, and Phase 1 operations expected in 2027. |
