Texas LNG Brownsville Export Terminal

The Texas LNG Brownsville project involves the construction of a liquefied natural gas export terminal with a production capacity of four million tonnes per annum. The project includes domestic fabrication of key modules by Kiewit Offshore Services at their Texas facility to manage costs and risks. The terminal is located on a 625-acre site on the north shore of the Port of Brownsville, with access to a deep-water ship channel and gas supply from major domestic reserves. The overall delivery is led by a joint venture between Technip Energies USA and Samsung Engineering, which recently signed an engineering, procurement, and construction contract.
