Description | Pan American Energy Corp. has entered into a definitive option agreement to acquire up to 100% interest in the Tharsis Project, located in the Northwest Territories, Canada. The project covers 8,750 hectares across seven mineral claims and includes the Squalus Lake Alkaline Complex. It targets rare earth elements (REE) and high field strength element mineralization. Pan American must make payments totaling $400,000, issue 800,000 common shares, and invest $5 million in exploration over four years to acquire full ownership. The project is located approximately 180 km north-northeast of Yellowknife and is accessible by helicopter and floatplane. |
