The Allred Hotel in Newport underwent a full renovation of the existing structure, the addition of 26 boutique-style suites, and the construction of a new parking garage. The project included adding a lobby, restaurant, and bar, modernizing a hot tub, sauna, and weight room, rebuilding the parking lot, adding sidewalks, and upgrading the stormwater drainage system. The exterior features rustic cedar siding and concrete foundation walls with wood-plank texture, while the interior showcases custom woodwork, local art, and a centerpiece staircase inspired by the Yaquina Bay Bridge. Rooms have large windows, private balconies, and premium walk-in showers. Energy-efficient systems, water-saving fixtures, and eco-conscious materials were incorporated, with locally sourced materials. Advanced photogrammetry and drone technology were used for design and construction efficiency.
