Description

Description

"EUROPEAN FILM DISTRIBUTION 2022 Objectives are divided into two parts, firstly we intend to acquire new films with a high artistic value according to tenets of our company. The second part, which we aim to create, is to provide each individual film with such media support that its distribution leads to the widest possible number of viewers. It adds to attracting new viewers back to cinemas or cultural institutions in general. We will use standard services, tools and materials to achieve this goal and to ensuring the overall process of film distribution. Based on the previous experience with similar applications in the MEDIA sub-programme of Creative Europe, including Distribution Automatic and Selective support, we take into account that we will get involved to a potential group of European distributors applied in Selective scheme and coordinated by sales agents. We assume that reinvestment in minimum guarantee will be applying up to three films which will be concurrently applied in the Selective scheme for covering distribution costs. The activities by which we achieve the set goals are long-term knowledge of the market and the environment, communication with producers and sales and, last but not least, with our frequent sub-licensors from the Czech Republic. That way we can make it to the best films that fit into our portfolio. Our long-standing cooperation will ensure a standard distribution flow, however, our aim is a specific approach to each film, where we tailor the campaign for it. In this way, we manage to target the group precisely and reinvest effectively. The results, which we will consider a meeting of the set goals, are up to 12 quality films in our film library, specifically fitting into the ASFK portfolio, certainly taking into account the child audience, gaining new audiences and ""returning"" the club art spectator back to the cinema."
