The Boardwalk at Bricktown is a proposed mixed-use skyscraper complex in downtown Oklahoma City, featuring a 1,907 foot tall tower called Legends Tower, which would be the sixth tallest building in the world and the tallest in the United States if built. The development spans over 3 acres and 5 million square feet, including residential, hospitality, retail, dining, and entertainment spaces. It includes three towers each 345 feet tall, a 480-key Dream Hotel by Hyatt with 85 residential serviced condominiums, a 350-key Hyatt hotel with 100 serviced condominiums in the Legends Tower, 1,776 residential units, and over 110,000 square feet of commercial, food and beverage, and workforce development space. The top floors of the supertall tower will have a public observatory, restaurant, and bar with city views. The project requires rezoning approval from the city and is currently in the proposal stage.
