The attached 12-storey podium (Building 2) is being dismantled, reducing the total floor area from 687,000 to 512,000 square feet. The main 21-storey tower (Building 1) will be renovated and re-leased to office tenants. Additionally, site preparation has started for a redevelopment project on the 6.6-acre property to add five highrise residential towers adjacent to the office building, named King and Park, including retail and residential units. |
