Description
Description | The Briar on Avenue is a boutique project consisting of seven luxury four-storey townhomes located at Avenue Road and Briar Hill Avenue in Toronto's Lytton Park neighbourhood. The project features Georgian-style exteriors designed to stand the test of time, with interiors by Tara Fingold and architecture by Richard Wengle. Each townhouse is over 2,500 square feet with upscale features such as private elevators, oversized principal bedrooms, walk-in closets, 11-foot ceilings, rear terraces with gas lines for barbecues, Caesarstone countertops, and more. The project was completed and all units were built by the time it returned to market in January 2026 after a two-year sales pullback. |
