The Capital Hotel Group Boardwalk Precinct Hotel

under construction

The Capital Hotel Group is constructing a new hotel in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, as its entry point into the region. The hotel will be located in the Boardwalk Precinct adjacent to the existing casino, entertainment, and leisure facilities. It will feature 145 units including standard rooms, studio apartments, and one- to three-bedroom apartments, combining luxury accommodations and long-term apartments within a larger destination ecosystem. The development includes a signature restaurant, pool deck integrated with the Boardwalk Mall, and contemporary conference facilities. The project aims to meet demand from domestic leisure travellers and regional corporate clients, and is expected to open in April 2026.
