Description | The District at Ten Mile is a massive commercial development breaking ground near I-84 in Meridian, Idaho. The project spans over 220 acres and includes multiple phases. The first phase includes two industrial buildings, a law enforcement-focused daycare, a Life Time fitness center, and two hotels. The second phase features a 148,000-square-foot Target store, Meridian's first, along with additional retail and office space totaling more than 650,000 square feet. The third phase plans a 35-acre lifestyle center inspired by The Village at Meridian shopping center, with potential for another hotel and residential development including up to 400 townhouses. Four more industrial buildings are also planned, with two currently under construction and expected to open in the fall. |
