The update is driven by developer Mark IV Capital's discussions with prospective tenants who prefer visible signage and parking, and market pressures making parking structures unfeasible for this part of the development. The development is inward-facing along a central road with parking garages planned for residential, office, and hotel buildings, while retail will have surface parking behind storefronts. |
