Description

Description

"The Fallen Leaf” (TFL) project aims to deepen specific technological capabilities by acquiring advanced, technically specialized equipment that provides an operational advantage, building upon the success of previous projects that have yielded excellent results. This completes a disruptive equipment set designed to maximize information acquisition in complex environments where conventional techniques are impossible, contributing to the successful surveillance of sensitive targets and facilitating intelligence gathering, as well as evidence collection, for the disruption of these criminal organizations. The entire proposal is intrinsically linked to the ""The Rear Window” (TRW) project, which focused on enhancing this capacity for concealment by incorporating image hiding systems and enabling the discreet installation of proposed tools using silent drilling equipment to install technical means through almost imperceptible human-eye holes, manufactured with very specific machinery capable of drilling through all types of materials. Thanks to the complementarity of these tools for installation and concealment, it will be possible to achieve higher levels of discretion, allowing for the installation of proposed means in “The Fallen Leaf” (TFL) associated with tracking, video, audio, and thermal sensor equipment in areas where criminal organizations currently employ more sophisticated security procedures to avoid discovery and successfully carry out their illicit activities. Therefore, three device typologies are proposed that integrate long-range video capture solutions and other technologies capable of capturing in low-luminosity environments, including thermal sensors, tactical audio solutions, transmission and geolocation, and finally, to facilitate the installation of these means, critical electronic opening elements for access to protected environments where criminal activity takes place and holds special significance."
