The first phase, called Westveil, proposes 899 homes on 200 acres, including single-family homes and townhouses. The development also includes two commercial hubs, a 41-acre city park, and 52 acres of light industrial land. The project aims to provide a variety of housing types, community services, and family-wage jobs, with a modern rural theme and significant open space. |
