A $150 million mixed-use development project in Northwest Winston-Salem, led by Wake Forest University, Front Street Capital, and Carter. The project covers 100 acres and includes infrastructure and greenways, a 100,000-square-foot office building for the university, a 240-unit residential community, and a 40,000-square-foot retail village for local restaurants and shops. The project aims to transform the university's role in the community and create a pedestrian-friendly, sustainable district with extensive green space.
