Description

The H La Class signals the beginning of “The H,” Korea’s first premium apartment brandThe H La Class was the first apartment project conducted by Hyundai E&C as the “The H” brand. It is an apartment complex of 35 floors above ground and 4 basement levels with 848 units by rebuilding the 3rd Samho Garden Apartment Complex in Banpo. It would become a new symbol for Banpo by being distinguished with other apartment complexes in exterior design, landscape, and community. The symbol of new Banpo with differentiated exterior designWe applied luxurious designs to enhance the complex’s image by adopting elegant curved and wavy patterned decorations. As the first attempt in the Korean housing market, we also made the longest path of the entrance door for the maximization of symbolism. The sky lounge on the 35th floor enables the residents to look down the entire Banpo area at a glance. Additionally, the H La Class has the outdoor deck, viewing the skyline of Banpo and an elevator only for the sky lounge, which cannot be found in another ordinary apartment complex. Besides the rest area where the beauty of sculpture and coolness of the waterway are in harmony, a trail will be installed in the complex to be linked to a variety of theme spaces including an eco-pond. The residents will be physically and mentally healed while walking the trail. The H La Class also has a special community center in the lobby on the ground floor. Besides the cafeteria in the sky lounge, a book cafe lounge in the lobby, the community center has a fitness center furnished with a luxury brand , a banquet hall, media room, musical instrument room, driving range, a cafe for moms, and a study room for a single person all only available to the residents. Such spaces will not only improve their life quality, but also enable to enjoy various lifestyles.Furthermore, the H La Class offers an advanced lifestyle with a high-tech system by maximizing the convenience of the residents. We built numerous contactless systems including a smart key and touchless foot button system of elevator. The smart key allows the residents to enter the common entrance and call the elevator through certification with their own smartphones. The H La Class is also equipped with a high-tech system where convenience and living condition are all reflected in a “Hi-oT” system (Hi-oT is a combined word of IOT and the first initial of Hillstate , Hyundai, Hign-End, and Hi) connecting the residents to various home appliances including lighting and heating through a smartphone, energy-saving system, and cleaning system.  240mm thick slab is used to muffle noise between floors, a rising issue lately. The installation of 24T double low-e glazed insulating glass units alleviate the anxiety of all households in noise and heating. With the use of a large PVC window where a frameless glass porch is installed, the facade of the apartment complex is upgraded. The natural marble art wall installed in the entire units and classic European tiles and stones decorating many communal spaces also elevate the characteristics of the H La Class.
