The Haven at Deer Creek

The Haven at Deer Creek is a 144,300 square-foot multi-family project that was approved by the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan and Architectural Review. It involves the construction of 134 1- and 2-bedroom residential units within five three-story buildings on 4.71 acres. The project will provide up to 201 off-street parking spaces with 21 electric vehicle charging stations. The project site was part of the previously approved Deer Creek Village project, which included 343,998 square-feet of commercial land uses on approximately 36.55 acres. The residential development will replace a previously proposed commercial development of approximately 58,550 square-feet of commercial square footage in three buildings. The development will also include an 8-foot wide pedestrian path, benches, and sculpture podiums along both sides of Deer Creek.
