Description | The Journal is a landmark residential project in Jersey City's Journal Square district, comprising two 64-story glass towers with a total of 1,723 luxury apartment units. The project includes upscale amenities such as a 40,000-square-foot amenity center with indoor basketball and squash courts, spa and fitness facilities, lounges, swimming pools, and a 40,000-square-foot Target store at ground level. The first phase of 966 rentals is set to hit the market in July 2025, with nearly 200 leases already signed during preleasing. The project aims to enhance the neighborhood and transit hub connectivity with a nearly one-acre public plaza and public events. |
