The Langley High-Rise Luxury Rental Tower

completed

The Langley is a 20-story ultra luxury rental tower in Houston with 134 units, offering spacious apartments ranging from 2,165 to 3,401 square feet, two and three bedrooms, with high-end finishes and amenities typically found in luxury condominiums. It includes services such as 24-hour valet, concierge, and a hospitality manager. The design is inspired by classical symmetry and material richness of nearby neighborhoods and Rice University. The project addresses neighborhood concerns by reducing unit count and traffic, removing retail from ground level, and managing garage access and storm water detention.
