It includes townhouses, condos, office buildings, retail space, a restaurant, a hotel, parking garages, a child care center, and a grocery store. The project features 18 residential buildings with four-story stacked townhouses and condos, four four-story office buildings, mixed-use buildings with retail, office, and condos, and multiple parking garages. Sprouts Farmers Market will open a 23,500-square-foot store, and Great New Beginnings Early Childhood Learning Center will open a child care center. Construction has started on the grocery store and townhouses, with the rest of the project to be phased. |
