The Meridian is a $24 million mixed-use development located at 301 N. Main Street in Thiensville. It is a three-story building featuring approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial space and 80 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The project includes activated street-level retail, community amenity spaces, and 134 parking stalls with secure underground resident parking and bicycle racks. The architecture incorporates natural stone, classic brick masonry, and decorative metal accents, designed by The Kubala Washatko Architects. The development is part of Thiensville's tax incremental district No. 2 and aims to complement the village's historic character.
