The Miramar Redevelopment at 65 South Palm Avenue

planned

The Miramar is a multi-building redevelopment project at 65 South Palm Avenue in Sarasota, Florida. The project includes approximately 70 residential units and about 38,000 square feet of commercial space. The Development Review Committee reviewed the project and provided extensive code, streetscape, and utility comments. Several conditions are tied to the historic Miramar structures, including a 10-year rent restriction on second-floor nonresidential space and limits on transferring development rights. A resubmittal of plans is required for further review.
