ViP-NExT 2025 is a continuation of EVTA's commitment to advancing vocational education and training. Designed in line with the accomplishments of the previous year and further refined to better align with the needs and expectations of the VET Community, the 2025 programme keeps on building on the EVTA strategic approach based on three pillars - Visibility, Policy Engagement, Network Strengthening - identified to clearly respond to the challenges faced by VET stakeholders. By adapting and innovating in response to the evolving interests and trends of the sector, EVTA is well-positioned to providing significant contributions to the internationalisation and excellence of vocational education and training, core objectives of the network. EVTA's comprehensive efforts involve diverse activities, including enhancing the visibility of European policies and programmes, expanding outreach to potential partners in Europe and beyond, fostering networking opportunities, shaping policy, sharing knowledge, and capitalising on practices, tools, and methodologies. This holistic approach, grounded in a bottom-up strategy, is geared towards providing tangible solutions for VET professionals, fostering their daily activities' development with a broader, more international, and qualitative perspective. The addressed target groups are playing an active role in the VET Community: VET providers at all levels, policy authorities and policy makers, representatives of the industry sector, social parties. Additionally, some activities will generate a direct and indirect impact on teachers/trainers and on students/learners. Through its activities, EVTA aims at having an impact on thousands of participants, directly thanks to their participation, and indirectly through the multiplier effect played by members and partners. In 2025 EVTA will address specifically some of the EU priorities and values such as gender inclusion, transversals skills, circular economy, microcredentianls.
