The first phase, called Town Square West, will deliver 1,369 new homes including 232 affordable family units, 744 market-rate rental homes, and 393 for-sale homes. It also includes 202,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space, plus more than three acres of parks and open space. The overall project plans to deliver 2,669 homes including 356 affordable units, with a shift from office to housing development, removing a previously proposed 500,000-square-foot office building. |
