The Riverie is an 834-unit apartment development in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, featuring two towers of 37 and 20 stories and a mid-rise podium. It includes 30% affordable housing, 13,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space, state-of-the-art amenities, and new public greenspace. The project incorporates a vertical closed-loop geothermal system with 320 boreholes, making it the largest geothermal residential building in New York state. The development also features Riverie Park, an 18,000 sq ft public esplanade designed to restore the river edge and protect against sea level rise.
