The services of Enterprise Europe Network in Central Poland

The overall objective of the consortium participating in the call is to provide integrated business support services to entrepreneurs from the central and northern regions of Poland that seek to explore opportunities in the internal market and in third countries. In particular, the consortium aims to play a key role in strengthening the internationalization capacities of innovative, high-growth businesses. Actions undertaken by the consortium will include all the services enumerated in Article 10 of the Regulation (EU) No 1287/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council of 11 December 2013 establishing a Programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises (COSME) (2014 - 2020) and repealing Decision No 1639/2006/EC. Specific objectives of the consortium are as follows: to increase innovativeness of local enterprises, their knowledge of environmentally - friendly solutions and innovation management capacities; to facilitate access to finance for SMEs, including Horizon 2020 and COSME, thus increasing the participation of local SMEs in EU framework programmes; to increase the number of technology transfers between European and Polish enterprises, to improve SMEs’ access to reliable business partners in overseas locations; to provide SMEs with information on market opportunities, rules and regulations, to provide a key link between European Commission and SMEs. In addition, a consortium objective is to optimize the quality of the services provided, in particular by further integrating internationalization and innovation services, enhancing cooperation between the Network and local stakeholders as well as increasing visibility of the Network in central and northern Poland. The consortium aims to make use of the knowledge and experience collected during the past financial perspectives as well as of the Network capacities in order to provide a high quality assistance for local companies, start-ups, BSOs.
