launched

The Spine is Egypt's first cognitive city project developed by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). It is an integrated economic platform designed as a premier destination for global companies, relying fully on artificial intelligence technologies. The project includes approximately 165 towers for residential, commercial, and hospitality use, surrounded by green spaces covering 70% of the area. It features a Special Investment Zone with flexible regulations and advanced digital infrastructure, aiming to attract foreign direct investment and foster a seamless integration of work and life. The project also includes the world's first fully underground logistics network and a hospital under construction in Madinaty, scheduled to open in April 2027.
