The project responds to the call of the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) program. According to the description of the call itself, we identify the intention, meaning and expected goals for EU citizens. The aim of the project is to raise funds for areas such as citizen involvement, equality for all and the implementation of EU rights and values. The purpose of this project is to support the exchange of information between people from different countries, strengthen mutual understanding and tolerance, provide an opportunity to develop their own perspective, develop a sense of belonging and identity through towns and municipalities. The project will support the following EU policy initiatives. The target group is characterized as a whole regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, health and social disadvantage. Citizens - their origin is culturally characteristic of a larger group of people in a given country. Citizens will come from the municipality of Tomášov and partner municipalities from Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic. We also expect interest and potential participants from the border regions of Halászi, Móragy, Nová Lhota and Berg. Partners –besides the target group, they will participate in the implementation of the project, regardless of its complexity and time-demand. The goal of everybody is to organize the most effective event with a significantly high participation and interest from citizens. Through the implementation of the project, we will address the satisfaction of several needs, the basis of which is to achieve positive impacts of the project on EU citizens. We identify impacts from the short, medium and long term. The result of the project will be an event with many outputs in the form of presentations, lectures, discussions and other fun activities.
